EXPERIENCE
Clay Pritchett joined Partners’ Industrial Division in 2012 as a Senior Associate and quickly ascended to being a Partner in 2016. He spent the previous four years of his career with Holt Lunsford Commercial, Inc. where he specialized in industrial and land brokerage. Prior to Holt Lunsford, Clay began his real estate career in 2002 as an Associate with local Houston boutique real estate firm, Yancey-Hausman Interests, Inc. Throughout his twenty-plus years of experience in industrial real estate, Clay has established strong relationships with clients through roles such as relocations and expansions to dispositions and acquisitions all over Texas.
