Jeanette joined Investors Realty in 2002 after two years in a management role at a local non-profit organization. She is a Certified Property Manager and has twelve years of experience managing commercial buildings and shopping centers throughout the Omaha market. She has worked for local investors as well as large TIC ownerships, REIT investors and regional asset managers.
Experienced in integrating properties from acquisition through ongoing operations of the asset. Dedicated and detail-oriented decision maker who actively looks for ways to improve processes and communications while many times looking outside of the traditional box. Jeanette is results orientated, able to balance multiple responsibilities and consistently delivers results on time.

Jeanette strives to understand a building owner’s needs from their perspective. Her position allows her to work one-on-one with landlords, tenants and business owners, helping them succeed at their real estate goals. As a native of Omaha and with years of unique property management experience, Jeanette will find a solution that meets the needs of the owner and the tenant and will follow through until the deal is closed.

Jeanette specializes in the leasing and sale of office properties in the Omaha area.

Jeanette and her husband Nate have three boys that attend St Pius St Leo Elementary School and Creighton Prep High School. The family is actively involved in Parish activities and enjoys spending their free time outdoors and at youth sporting events.
