My management and engineering background at a major consumer goods manufacturer strengthened the project management skills necessary to perform renovations, expansions, tenant build-outs, resolve tenant/landlord issues, and handle anything else that the commercial real estate profession can generate. A real estate licensee since 2004 initially focusing in leasing, sales, management, and development under Heritage Management Corp. Prior to real estate, project management and leadership capabilities were established during a 14+ year career as a domestic and international engineering manager with Procter & Gamble Company. Responsibilities including packaging equipment design, startup, operation, and throughput optimization. Management of greater than 50 technicians and 15 engineers.
