Russell P. Elliott, SIOR, CCIM, is a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Chattanooga, TN. In 2023, Russ transitioned to CBRE from Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE), where he served as Principal Managing Broker for PCRE’s newly formed Brokerage Division serving Southeast TN, Northwest GA, and Northeast AL.
