Shad Phipps, SIOR, CCIM is the Founder, CEO, & Principal Broker of Phipps Realty Advisors specializing in the brokerage of investment and owner-user properties. Shad does real estate investment consulting, and taught Real Estate Investment Analysis at The Ohio State University (2005-2012). Shad graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate as well as Finance. Shad is a honorably discharged veteran who served six years in the U.S. Army. Prior to opening Phipps Realty Advisors, Mr. Phipps spent over 11 years as a member of CBRE Investment Properties dedicated to serving the unique, highly specialized needs of private real estate investors and ensuring they received the maximum return on their investment. Prior to CBRE, Shad was employed as a Development Officer, developing retail, medical, and investment properties & was a real estate salesperson, specializing in investment properties. Shad has been awarded the SIOR designation from the Society Of Industrial and Office REALTORS® and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. Shad served on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors (2015-2020). Professional affiliations include The National Association of Realtors, the Society Of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, the CCIM Institute, and Columbus Commercial Industrial & Investment REALTORS® (CCIIR).
