PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bryan specializes in industrial leasing and sales throughout the Triangle Regional Industrial Market, handling all aspects of tenant/buyer and landlord/seller process. Bryan covers the Eastern Triad (Greensboro) throughout the Greater Raleigh - Durham and Eastern North Carolina regional marketplace. Bryan has worked with a wide range of investment/ownership groups (local/private and institutional), owner occupiers, third-party logistics companies, manufacturing companies, distribution companies and numerous other industrial organizations helping them achieve their facility objectives. He has handled over $400 million in lease and sale transactions.

Bryan’s most experience includes nine years with CBRE where he was on the industrial services team and a principal. The prior fourteen years he was a principal at Avison Young, formerly Grubb & Ellis | Thomas Linderman Graham, where he was also leader of the industrial services team.
