Troy specializes in investment and industrial properties but
is proficient in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and
leasing. He prides himself on staying current on market data
and continuing education. Armed with this in-depth knowledge

Prior to joining NAI Sioux Falls in 2003, Troy worked with The Dunham
Company and Hegg Companies gaining six years of commercial real
estate experience. Over the last 16 years, Troy has focused on the long
