Fred Beasley has over 39 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial and office transactions his entire career. In his past, Fred has held senior brokerage positions at CBRE, Trammel Crow Company, and Colliers International where he developed an expertise in representing large institutional clients’ sales and leasing assignments. In addition to Fred’s in-depth knowledge of corporate real estate brokerage, he is also experienced in fee development and construction management. Fred's true specialty is the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties and investments with extensive underwriting skills, knowledge, and tools at his disposal to maximize client interests and real estate values.
