Julia Silva, SIOR, is the Founder & President of Lee & Associates Tampa Bay. She is a 29-year commercial real estate veteran as has been a top industrial broker and a Managing Director at JLL & Cushman & Wakefield. Her experience in industrial brokerage, leasing, sales & development includes over 24+ million square feet leased/sold totaling over $3.5B+ in transaction value. She is currently representing a fortune 50 retailer to secure two (2) 1.2 million square foot industrial buildings in Central Florida. Julia also has significant office leasing and development experience; she was part of the Duke Realty team that developed Highland Oaks office park in Tampa. The award-winning office park included one million square feet of space including JP Morgan’s 450,000 sf Treasury Division relocation to Tampa.
