Steve has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties. Steve has represented various developers and investors with acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning, developing marketing sales plans for business parks and successfully executing these plans. Steve performs various strategic as well as financial analysis including proformas, return on investment and present value analysis.
Steve has extensive experience representing corporate users. Among his clients, Steve included Baker Hughes, W.W. Grainger, Raytheon and Hunter Douglas.
