Stephanie was born and raised on a Dairy/Chicken farm in Cookstown and sat with interest learning the concept of payback period at the kitchen table when her folks were talking about what crops and livestock to invest in. Investing in rental property began for her at age 20 when she and her husband bought their first industrial property at 25, and her an innate love of big business and high finance have since led to serving the business community with their real estate needs. Stephanie specializes in the Simcoe County community as her family have been local to Simcoe for over 7 generations.
Stephanie holds 3 prestigious designations, CCIM – Certified Commercial Investment Member, SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which means she has been proven and tested by way of education and volume of sales that she specializes in. Using sophisticated Investment Analysis and Asset Management tools to determine how to best position commercial real estate holdings through real estate cycles and maximize profits is Stephanie's specialty. Stephanie is also a certified Family Enterprise Advisor which means she can guide clients' investment decisions, assisting with the security of long term family assets.
