I have over 49 years of industrial & commercial real estate brokerage experience working with property owners, buyers, and tenants, in sales and leasing of warehouses, manufacturing facilities, office space and buildings, and land, having formed the Industrial Division at Landmark Commercial with a team of 5 brokers and agents. We work first to discern the customer's real needs with experience based questions and discussion; second, we apply that same experience to derive and apply successful solutions to those needs, and; third, we work tenaciously to provide information, overcome market obstacles, and finish the job.
