Josh Tarkow serves as Senior Director of Industrial and Flex Space Services for Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, Florida.
Since joining the commercial real estate industry in 2004, Josh has completed more than 500 lease and sales transactions. He has experience in providing flex and industrial lease negotiations and relocation strategies for Fortune 500 companies and is a Landlord representative for approximately 2,500,000 SF of office, flex and industrial properties. As a Tenant Representative, in 2012 he was recognized as Broker of the Year and in 2013 he was awarded Deal of the Year in Tampa, FL by Liberty Property Trust. In addition, he has been designated a Co-Star Power Broker since 2013. He has closed well over 500 transactions in his career.
