WASHINGTON, D.C. — October 6, 2026 — The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) has named Kelly Miller, CAE, CEM, CMP, Chief Experience Officer (CXO), recognizing her exceptional leadership and impact across the organization’s membership experience, including admissions, education, events and member engagement.
In her expanded role, Miller will oversee the full member experience portfolio, including membership, admissions, chapters, programs, education and global events. She will also play a key role in advancing several initiatives of SIOR’s new strategic plan as the organization moves toward implementation.

Miller joined SIOR in 2022 as Vice President of Member Experience and has advanced through increasingly senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President. During her tenure, she has helped grow SIOR’s membership to more than 4,000 members globally while maintaining strong member retention. She has also led the strategy and execution of SIOR’s global events portfolio and helped bring membership, admissions, education, chapters and programming together around a unified member experience strategy.
Miller brings more than 20 years of experience spanning association management, event strategy, hospitality, membership, education and customer experience. She has also been recognized as a CREi LinkedIn Influencer in 2025 and 2026, reflecting her strong presence within the commercial real estate community and her focus on connectivity across the industry. Miller holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE), Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credentials. issued by the American Society of Association Executives.
