William Sisk is a Partner with Lee & Associates - Nashville. Mr. Sisk’s experience and specialization ranges from Landlord and Tenant representation for purchasing and leasing, land acquisition and development, institutional investments, and Buyer/Seller financing. He is committed to providing complete solutions for his clients through a highly detailed approach to each assignment no matter the size or scope.

William was born in Nashville and moved to Southern California in 2002. He received his B.A. (’06) and M.A. (’08) from Loyola Marymount University and spent seven years working at LMU as the Assistant Director for Off-Campus Housing. This role opened up new avenues directly related to CRE, which ultimately led him to Lee & Associates – Ontario in 2013. The first project William worked on was a 594k SF, industrial development project. Through this project, he gained firsthand experience of working directly with an institutional landlord/developer and what it takes to develop and lease a property of this magnitude. Following the success of this project, William continued to tackle land acquisition and development opportunities in the Inland Empire while building a strong client base.

William believes in building personal relationships with each client which will last a lifetime. His understanding of the market and development process makes him a true asset to Lee & Associates. As a CRE Broker for Lee & Associates, William has represented a variety of national tenants and landlords within the Industrial, Land, and Office fields.
