Since 1998 I have represented companies looking for data centers. Between 2016 and 2023 I sold more than 4MM square feet of NNN leased properties. Currently I am focused on selling large land parcels that have 1gigawatt or more of power. I am considered one of the top commercial real estate professionals that focuses solely on data centers. My clients include Fortune 500 companies, data center developers/REITS and colocation companies.

I have worked as an office tenant rep. broker in the Chicago since 1991. In 1998, I completed my first data center transaction. Today, I work exclusively helping companies find data center solutions throughout the US and Canada. I have completed transactions in 12 states and 2 Canadian provinces during the past 18 months. I help my clients maximize growth, minimize risk and lower total cost of ownership for their data center solution. Since 2016, the data center industry has undergone a massive capital infusion and many of my Fortune 500 clients have completed sale/partial leasebacks of their data centes.
