SIOR is experiencing record breaking attendance for the 2024 Spring Event. As such, the SIOR block at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Villas is currently sold out.

What happens if I call the Omni directly to book a room at the hotel?

If you call the Omni hotel directly, you will be told that no rooms are available for the conference. The hotel does not keep a waiting list for the event. You may contact Lizzy Lokken at SIOR HQ, 202.449.8222 or llokken@sior.com, to inquire about room availability.

Are there other hotels nearby?

SIOR also has an official overflow hotel, The Residence Inn at Amelia Island, which can be booked here. A shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the Omni to transport guests between the two properties. It is about a 15-minute shuttle ride.

Another option is the Home2Suites by Hilton, which can be booked via their public website. The Home2Suites is across the street from The Residence Inn.
