Conference Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Please forward your request to events@sior.com. Refunds will be granted in full through May 31, 2024, less a 50€ administrative fee. Cancellations received between June 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee and are also subject to an additional 50€ plus VAT (at the current rate). No-shows or cancellations after June 30, 2024, are non-refundable.

Further, you agree to adhere to the precautions and policies implemented for the SIOR's International 2024 Event and acknowledge and understand that you are knowingly and freely assuming all risks related to illness and infectious disease, such as COVID-19, by attending this event. Further, you understand that refusal to adhere to the policies and abide by the precautions may result in immediate removal from the event and cancellation of the registration, without receiving a refund.
