Advanced through a series of promotions starting in 2001 and culminating in the General Manager & Executive Director position where I was responsible for general oversight of the company’s operations, strategic business development endeavors, account management of the company’s investment clients, driving revenues across all business lines of the company, liaising with CBRE’s global offices for select accounts, and identifying and exploiting new business opportunities.

Selected Accomplishments:

 Served as the team leader in the development consultancy, marketing, and property management consultancy during the pre-construction and construction phases of one of the premier office buildings in the Philippines called the Zuellig Building, which has won numerous awards locally and abroad.

 Assumed a lead role in pitch team meetings locally and regionally due to strengths in presentation and negotiation skills, and helped close major accounts.
