We provide a full range of professional services, with specialist knowledge and experience in the field of dilapidations, large scale portfolio surveys for pre-disposal, acquisition, planned maintenance, sinking fund assessment, health and safety/fire safety assessment and sustainability.

We also cater for the small scale, local businesses or individuals, including building surveys for residential purchasers, maintenance & repair assessments, alterations and renovations, and a wide range of other professional services.

As a dynamic innovative company with an experienced professional team, our strategic and technical skills and knowledge, and more particularly our emphasis on real and meaningful communication with our clients, has led to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget time after time.
Krystyna has over 35 years’ experience in Project Management and Building Surveying. In that time, she has worked in private practice and local government, and been involved in a wide variety of project types for many different clients. She came to Ireland in 1994 to head up the Building Surveying Department for Hamilton Osborne King (now Savills) in Dublin and established her own project management and building surveying company, KRA Visionary Project Partners, in 2000.

She is a former government appointed member of the Building Regulations Advisory Body (BRAB) a past chairperson of the Building Surveying Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, past Chairperson of the Conservation Group, past Chairperson of the Project Management Professional Group and sits on several other professional committees including Disputes Resolution and Statutory Professional Conduct Committee. She is on the President’s Expert Witness Panel for Construction Disputes.

Krystyna is an extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced professional. She brings a pragmatic problem-solving approach together with the highest professional skills to all her appointments.

Krystyna launched a new company, KRA Renewables, in 2018, with a focus on assisting both new and existing clients in implementing sustainability and renewable energy measures into their existing building stock. With numerous projects already completed, including a 150kWh solar PV installation for Nissan Ireland’s head office, KRA Renewables is fast becoming a key player in the renewable energy sector in Ireland. Krystyna continues to work hard to gain more knowledge and expertise in this area, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She is passionate about sustainability and environmental matters and is a member of the SCSI working group on sustainability and a Director of the Irish Green Building Council.
