Guy brings extensive experience across all aspects of real estate transactions. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2001, he began his career in New York City focusing on fixed income securities and distressed real estate debt with Thomson Financial and Mission Capital Advisors. He later earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Charleston School of Law in 2008, receiving CALI Awards in Damages, American Legal History, and Secured Transactions.

Following law school, Guy returned to Mobile and became a shareholder at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, where he focused on commercial real estate and lending transactions, representing buyers, sellers, and financial institutions in complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and loan matters.

In 2017, Guy joined JLL, advising Fortune 500 companies and regional clients on industrial real estate strategy across Alabama, while also supporting the development of a medical office network along the Gulf Coast. He now focuses on industrial and office projects throughout the Southeast with Milling Commercial Realty, while also serving as Director of Real Estate at Merchants Transfer Company.

Guy earned his SIOR designation in 2023, recognizing his expertise and performance in industrial and office brokerage.

He is active in numerous professional and community organizations and is married to Ashley with three beautiful children: Coleman, Grace, and Conrad.
