Beki Dobson, SIOR is a Vice President with Miller Industrial Properties. Her area of specialization is industrial properties. Beki focuses primarily on representing tenants to develop strategy and generate leverage within the northern Nevada industrial market.

Current Responsibilities

Beki has specialized in industrial sales and leasing for Miller Industrial Properties for the past ten years. Over the course of her industrial career she has leased over 2.5 million square feet of product, with approximately 750,000 square feet of new deals.

​A key player in the brokerage community, Beki is an expert on the evolving Reno-Sparks industrial market and manages the firm's extensive database of local inventory, tracking market activity and generating market statistics. Armed with detailed market statistics, she assists businesses in rationalizing their space needs and negotiates with landlords and property owners on their behalf.

Experience

Following three years of residential real estate, Beki began her commercial real estate career in 2003 as a marketing specialist with Colliers International in Irvine, California. Four years later she joined Las Vegas based Venture Development Group as the company's site selection lead and portfolio manager before accepting the position of retail support manager and brokerage associate with Studley, Inc. (now Savills).

​In 2012, Beki relocated back to her hometown of Reno, Nevada and joined Miller Industrial Properties under the guidance of owner and president, Tom Miller. Mr. Miller served as a mentor to Beki, sharing his vast knowledge of construction and industrial properties as Beki transitioned from retail real estate to industrial specialist.
