Nancy started her real estate career in 1997 with CB Richard Ellis and by 2001 earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Joining TRIO in 2013, Nancy specializes in office properties working with both Landlords and Tenants in transactions. She has represented clients such as Tri-Arrows Aluminum, Farm Credit Mid-America, IBM, Honeywell, Wells Fargo, Humana, AT&T, First Kentucky Trust, and ARGI Financial. Both Farm Credit Mid-America and ARGI Financial were transactions which earned awards through Business First’s Commercial Real Estate Champions. Nancy enjoys the customer service aspect of commercial real estate and knows that each client and transaction are unique. Through market knowledge and creative thinking, she enables her clients to make informed decisions and helps them resolve their most complex real estate challenges. Nancy has served on the board of directors for Hanover College Parent Advisory, Zoom Group (formerly LDS), KY CCIM Chapter, Focus Louisville Alumni Group, Hands On Louisville and is active with Christian Academy and Hope Collaborative. She attended University of Louisville Speed Scientific School, is married to David Dupps and has three boys.
