Lamar specializes in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of investment properties on behalf of institutional and private capital clients. He is the founder and managing principal of Sett Properties, LLC, and has successfully served roles with Lee & Associates Twin Cities, Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Washington DC, and Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (now JLL) in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to brokerage, he has held capital markets and asset management roles with Tishman Speyer Properties and Riverview Realty Partners in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2004, he has collaborated on more than $2.7 billion of closed capital transactions and is a licensed broker in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.
