David J. Robinson negotiates land use entitlements, infrastructure finance and tax incentive packages for clients based upon 25 years of experience as an economic development executive, state legislator, lobbyist, lawyer and public relations executive. Mr. Robinson negotiated over $200 M in economic development incentives for corporate site location company projects across the United States, multiple land use entitlement, incentives and infrastructure finance agreements and project financing from local, state and federal government sources for major industrial and office developers. Mr. Robinson served as an Adjunct Professor for economic development policy at the Ohio State University, is author of two economic development textbooks published by Palgrave MacMillan, delivers the Development Debate weekly podcast and is a national economic development speaker.
