Cory LaDuke entered the commercial real estate industry in September of 2015. His passion for property, entrepreneurism, and transaction management led him to enter the profession. LaDuke focuses on ensuring that his clients’ interests are best represented when helping them navigate complex transactions. Outside of the office, Mr. LaDuke volunteers with the CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee, the United Way of Central New York, and the Central Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired. Cory facilitates both leases and sales for his clients throughout Upstate New York and the United States.

Mr. LaDuke has had the privilege to work with many local, regional, and national users such as Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C., G & L Davis Meat Company, Helio Health, CABVI Industries, Anchor QEA, Arcadis, Daikin Applied, Kelly Services, AT&T, Rentokil North America, Cooley Group, BAE Systems, Peraton, Monroe Plan for Medical Care, and many more. He has also had the honor of working with many high-class landlords in the Syracuse market such as Partnership Properties, DeStefano Development, Zamir Equities, Thresh Enterprises, Paramount Realty Group, LNR, VIP Structures, and The Widewaters Group, among others.

As a member of the JF Real Estate team, Mr. LaDuke will facilitate lease and sale transactions throughout Central New York and beyond. He will also continue his involvement in professional organizations such as the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and continue working towards the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
