As a fourth generation commercial real estate broker, David primarily focuses on the sale and leasing of general and medical office properties, and the disposition/acquisition of investment properties in the Upstate of South Carolina. David was born and raised in Greenville and has enjoyed watching his home town grow over the years, and is eager to continue to put his local knowledge of the area to work for his clients.

Prior to joining the Pintail team, David was consistently a top producer at a local full service real estate firm where he spent the last 16 years. During his tenure, he brokered over $300 million of commercial sales and leases for his clients.

David is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2012. In 2019, David also earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, the leading commercial real estate association representing the world's top producing broker specialists. David is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 39 with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. He has volunteered for several years with the United Way in multiple capacities, and currently serves as a Campaign Cabinet Member. He is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Caine Halter YMCA of Greenville and the past chair of the Annual Campaign. He is the President Elect of the CCIM South Carolina Chapter Board of Directors as well as a Committee Chair for the SIOR Carolinas Chapter. Outside of his career, David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, outdoor cooking, and fishing down at the South Carolina coast.
