Mark is the Founder (2011), Principal & Managing Broker of Dividend Realty in Peachtree City, Georgia; a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in industrial properties. In his role at Dividend, Mark and his team acquires, develops, leases, property manages, and disposes of land and industrial properties for private investors totaling over $100M.

Mark holds the distinctive SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. These designees are recognized as the most capable and experienced industrial and office brokerage practitioners in their market.

Mark has achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation awarded by the CCIM Institute as well as becoming the first CCIM in Georgia to obtain the Development Specialist Distinction. CCIM’s are recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Mark is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors where he has been recognized multiple times as an elite member of the Million Dollar Club.

Mark holds the coveted DBIA Certification from the industry renown Design Build Institute of America.

Mark is a member of the exclusive Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), as well as NAIOP and the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA).

Mark has bachelor's degrees in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. Additionally, Mark has completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama and Webster University, St Louis, Missouri.

Mark and his wife, Rhonda, reside in Senoia, Georgia. They have four adult children and four grandchildren.
