Jason serves as the Regional Business Director for the Southeast Region. The Agracel Southeast office, located in Greenville, SC covers the North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia markets.

Mr. Vaughn came to Agracel with 14 years’ experience and has a wealth of knowledge in the industrial development, site selection support, economic development, construction management, civil engineering, site design, site certification, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, consulting, and environmental assessments. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and is the former President of the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers.

At Agracel, Jason leads our industrial development efforts for the Southeast office. He primarily focuses on industrial development, site acquisition, build-to-suit and turnkey developments.

His professional associations include the South Carolina Economic Development Association (SCEDA), North Carolina Economic Development Association (NCEDA), Virginia Economic Development Association (VEDA), Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC), and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Jason is a graduate of Clemson University with his BS in Civil Engineering and his MS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Project Management.
