John is a graduate of West Virginia University – Institute of Technology. He holds degrees in

Business Management and Industrial Relations & Labor Studies. Prior to joining NAI Earle Furman,

John worked in the telecommunications industry specializing in advertising & publishing. In 2009,

John joined the NAIEF’s industrial group with a focus on business development & relationship

management. As a commercial real estate broker, John specializes in Industrial, Flex and Office

space. He has a comprehensive understanding of sales and leasing process. John has a passion

for building relationships and working directly with clients – tenants, landlords, buyers & sellers – to

maximize their success. NAI Earle Furman’s affiliation with NAI Global allows John to utilize his

knowledge of the local market while leveraging resources on an international level to better serve

his clients. Consequently, John and his partner, Hunter Garrett, have completed more than $50

million in transactions for his clients over the last 24 months. John has served for three years as

the Industrial Division Leader.
