Luke Davis serves as a Senior Vice President for Stream Realty Partners in Dallas, Texas. He responsible for tenant representation, acquisition / disposition services, and project leasing with a focus in Great Southwest industrial market in Dallas/Fort Worth. Since joining Stream in 2011, his market knowledge and unparalleled level of service has played an instrumental role in closing over 450 transactions, totaling more than 30,000,000 square feet valued at more than $1,000,000,000.

Prior to joining Stream, Luke attended the University of Oklahoma, where he studied Finance before moving back to Texas to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. A native of Dallas, he is an avid outdoorsman. In addition to SIOR, he is a Developing Leader within NAIOP.
