In 2015 I created an organization that represents healthcare, government and pre+equity groups in leasing negotiations (tenant representation). This includes:

+ hospitals, physicians, dentists, healthcare information organizations, healthcare services, and/or healthcare consulting organizations,

+ state, local and federal governments, quasi-governmental organizations, and

+ private organizations who have an equity event in their future (going public, raising money, taking on debt, selling equity, bringing on a partner, contemplating a bolt-on acquisition, etc.)

By building a platform for these type of Clients, we better understand their needs and improve our processes. In addition:
