Mike Norris, LEED AP, SIOR, WELL AP has solved some of the most complex commercial real estate facility requirements over the past 20 years, cumulatively completing over a thousand projects savings his clients millions and enabling them to increase revenue from their facilities. He leads a team that focuses on solving complex real estate problems for healthcare facility users. Mike’s hands-on knowledge of technical facilities and treatment of real estate as a process rather than a commodity has consistently earned his clients’ trust and mitigated their risk.

Mike’s experience includes, directing a market research department, underwriting acquisitions/dispositions, serving as a property manager for lab and contract manufacturing buildings, certifying LEED facilities and representing over 20 tenants each year.

Mike received his Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Government and Politics, with Honors in Economics, from the University of Maryland. Mike is a LEED AP, SIOR and WELL AP and a licensed broker in the District, Maryland and Virginia. Mike has served on boards and conducted real estate seminars for entrepreneurs and medical practitioners. He is also the author of Second Largest Expense, a book covering issues impacting tenants.
