Danielle Steffen is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce Real Estate Solutions, where she specializes in industrial, office and investment properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Ms. Steffen spent five years as a Vice President and Broker for IPG (Industrial Property Group) | Prudential Commercial Real Estate. She also spent time with Insight Realty Associates and Insight Development as a Sales and Leasing Associate, where she specialized in industrial and office sales and leasing, tenant/buyer representation and development.

Ms. Steffen has successfully closed over $250M in sale and lease transactions through 2015. She has also been named a top producer for the firm multiple times. Ms. Steffen, has been a key player in bringing one of the largest manufacturing plants, Faraday Future, to the Las Vegas market, and the expansion of Systemax into one of the largest BTS projects in southern Nevada.

Danielle Steffen has a B.S. degree in Information Technology and has been a resident of Las Vegas since 2001. Ms. Steffen’s background in technology and prior experience in the law field helps her to effectively negotiate contracts and gives her a competitive edge in the industry.
