Ben Millis, SIOR, serves as a managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Las Vegas office and is a member of the NGKF Capital Markets group and its Private Client Investment Properties team. Mr. Millis partners with Chris Beets and David Wrzesinski to represent landlords and tenants in investment sales and leasing of industrial, mixed-use and office properties, as well as land sales throughout the Las Vegas market. He is particularly adept at logistics analysis, valuation, cash flow modeling and sale-leaseback transactions and has completed hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $250 million throughout his career.

Mr. Millis has been working in the commercial real estate industry in the Las Vegas region for 12 years. Initially a real estate investor, he has acted as the managing partner on 10 investment properties throughout the Las Vegas area. He joined NGKF in 2010, after serving as vice president of industrial sales and leasing at NAI Global. In this capacity, he was also responsible for investment services, including the promotion of commercial properties from regional to international markets.

Additionally, Mr. Millis spent four years in the United States Marine Corps. He was meritoriously promoted to the rank of sergeant in his first two years and went on to earn four Certificates of Commendation and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

Mr. Millis recently achieved the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, the leading global professional office and industrial real estate affiliation, representing today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate specialists.
