I am a history major that loves real estate! I didn't have enough artistic talent to be an architect, but I always loved buildings. I have built a career on making long-lasting relationships with my clients. Serving high net-worth individuals and entrepreneurial companies, Michelle’s original expertise was in industrial and manufacturing facilities. She has deep experience in sale and acquisition of investment properties and has structured many successful sale/leasebacks across multiple property types. Her prior corporate background gives her insight and creativity in finding long-term solutions to meet company objectives.

As a Principal of the firm, Michelle is responsible for directing and overseeing all organizational activities, including agent development and transaction management. Prior to forming Hudson Peters, Ms. Hudson was a consistent top producer during her fifteen years at Burr & Temkin Commercial and Henry S. Miller Commercial. She is regarded as one of the top brokers region wide.

Before entering commercial brokerage in 1990 she worked in facilities management for Pizza Hut Worldwide and Rent-A-Center, Inc.

Michelle has a B.A. in History and a Masters degree in Economics. She received her CCIM designation in 1993 and the SIOR designation in 2011.
