I am a Principal at Lee & Associates with a commercial real estate career that began in 1985. Over nearly four decades, I have completed billions of dollars in transactions and built a reputation for strategic insight, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering consistent value for clients.

I co-founded the Lee & Associates Illinois office in 2002, helping grow it into a 40-person, full-service commercial real estate platform recognized for its market expertise and commitment to client success. After a long and successful tenure in Chicago, I have now co-founded the Lee & Associates Las Vegas office, bringing national experience and deep industry relationships to one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

My practice focuses on industrial brokerage, investment sales, and the development of comprehensive real estate strategies for owners, investors, tenants, developers, and institutions. Earlier in my career, I spent several years with CB Richard Ellis, establishing a strong foundation as a market expert with one of the world’s leading commercial real estate firms.

I hold a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University and have continued my education through courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. I remain active in industry organizations including SIOR, CCIM, and AIRE. Based in Las Vegas, I continue to manage regional and national portfolio assignments for clients across the U.S.
