With years of experience in commercial real estate, Christopher J. Masino, SIOR is a seasoned professional at both commercial industrial property leasing and sales. Since receiving his California real estate salesperson license in 2002, Chris has closed hundreds of sale and lease transactions, producing multiple-millions of dollars in sales revenue for his clients.

After receiving a Master of Business Administration from San Diego State University, Chris elected to incorporate his growing book of business as Masino Industrial Consulting, Inc. in 2007.

In 2009, Chris achieved the prestigious SIOR Industrial Specialist designation awarded by the SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®, the professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry.

In 2011, he obtained his California real estate brokerage license and subsequently launched Masino Commercial Real Estate Services as a local, independent commercial real estate brokerage firm.
