Dave Mudge has been with the Riverside office of Lee & Associates for 30 years and is a

Senior Vice President in the office leasing and investment division. Dave has consistently been

in the top 5 producing agents in the Riverside Partnership and has also consistently been one of the top

producing agents in the Inland Empire. Dave has extensive experience with Investments, as

well as landlord and tenant representation throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

He has also been designated as a “Power Broker” by CoStar, a national real estate data and

information group. Dave has been directly involved in the sale and leasing of over 8,000,000

square feet of office space in Southern California, including some of the largest investment

sales and lease transactions in the Inland Empire.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Real Estate Finance,

and the past president of the Orange County/Inland Empire Chapter of SIOR - a national

association of leading commercial and industrial real estate professionals. He has attained his

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certificate, and is involved with the National

Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
