Founder and President of Scotland Wright Associates, Scotland Wright began his real estate career in 1982. Scotland represents the real estate interests of major office and industrial tenants.

Wright was formerly a Managing Director with Insignia/ESG, Inc., now known as CBRE, overseeing brokerage activities throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to his tenure with Insignia, he was a Vice President with Carter & Associates, where he was consistently awarded the CARTER “Top Five” production award.

Engaged in the industry, Wright has been an active member of the Georgia Chapter of Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (“SIOR”) for many years and was the Chapter’s 2006 President. Previously, he was the 1997 president of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS and continues to serve on that organization’s board of trustees. He was awarded the prestigious “Silver Phoenix” Award by the Commercial Board of REALTORS in 2009.

With a heart for his community, Scotland is active in a number of community organizations. He is a founding member of Buckhead Church and an Elder of North Point Ministries. Additionally, he serves as a board member with Ministry Ventures Inc., Art Within, Young Life-Northwest Atlanta and Sports Champions of Greater Atlanta (“SCOGA”). He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a native Atlantan.
