St. Louis, MO: I am a 30+ year commercial real estate adviser, specializing in leasing and investment sales and accredited by SIOR and CCIM. I represent business leaders to evaluate new locations or renew their leases. I have completed hundreds of commercial real estate transactions through every type of real estate and economic cycle. My clients say I help them make decisions with greater confidence because I bring expertise on business objectives and strategy, not just transaction experience.

I leverage the market (based on the current economic cycle) to achieve my clients' goals. I help clients find the right locations, negotiate leases, list properties for sale/lease and manage transactions for clients who have offices in multiple markets or want to expand into new markets.

I spent 17 years at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker as a top producer then was recruited to another firm where I eventually became the Market Leader for Grubb & Ellis' St. Louis office. In that role, I lead a brokerage team of over 30 agents. In 2007, my division became the 2nd largest CRE firm in the region with transaction volume that increased over 300% from 2004.

My best prospective client is a business leader, entrepreneur, corporate occupier (regional office), or professional service firm who doesn’t have the internal resources, time or expertise in commercial real estate who needs a trusted, experienced source to explain and guide them through their space needs.
