Ernest C. Wronka – Founder, Partner & President (SIOR, CCIM, GRI)

Ernie Wronka founded Wronka, Ltd. in 1990 and has been licensed practicing commercial real estate for 42 years. He is a nationally-recognized commercial and investment real estate broker known across the industry as a trusted client advisor, strong negotiator and mentor. Serving commercial buyers and sellers, as well as owners and tenants, Ernie facilitates transactions through appraisals to obtain market value; building inspections; environmental studies; financing; fire and safety inspections; and zoning use approvals.

Fueled by his passion for client service, Ernie combines decades of deep real estate expertise and market knowledge with an honest business approach. He has a proven reputation for superior client experiences, professionalism, integrity and creative problem-solving. As a result, Ernie is among an elite group of commercial real estate advisors to hold both the highly-coveted Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR®) and Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM) designations.

Ernie earned a degree in engineering from Mount San Antonio College and studied civil engineering with a concentration in commercial construction and land development at California Polytechnic State University. He began his early career overseeing commercial construction and multi-family land development projects for his family’s construction company. Later, he went on to spearhead sales and marketing for a leading Cambridge-area manufacturer where he opened 150 distributors across the U.S. and trained a 600-person sales staff. He credits much of his successes today to the mentorship he received from his college track coach, Hilmer Lodge, and his business mentor, Cullen Crawford, a leading industrialist and inventor. Ernie’s father taught him to aspire to be the best at doing every task in life.

He began his real estate brokerage career more than forty years ago at Algonquin Industrial Real Estate in Needham, MA. He then became a commercial real estate top producer at Boston’s Ryan, Elliott & Company and later a senior vice president at Hunneman Commercial Company. Today, Ernie is a nationally-recognized commercial and investment real estate expert and is among an elite group of commercial real estate advisors to hold both Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR®) and Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM) designations.

Ernie is a longtime member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®) and has been a part of the International Development Research Council (IDRC); the Commercial Leasing and Investment Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association; and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He has also been involved with the Commercial Brokers Association of Boston; the Boston chapters of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and Chief Executive Officers Club; an Associate of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); and the founding Clerk of the original New England Chapter of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

He is devoted to giving back to his community through his involvement on numerous town committees, business groups, the Rotary and the Greater Lynn School Work Partnership. Ernie founded The Lynnfield Business Coalition for Better Schools. He originated and initially led the program to rebuild all of the Town of Lynnfield schools, which had a positive impact on the education of thousands of Lynnfield’s children. He was President of Lynnfield Rotary and a member of the Lynnfield Finance Committee. Ernie resides in Stoneham, Massachusetts with his wife and business partner, Marianne Wronka, and enjoys spin cycling, kickboxing and cardio activities.
