A Moravian College graduate, Amy has been a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1991. She continues to serve on the Chapter Board as the Membership Chair.

Throughout her career Hawley has leased or sold more than 10 million square feet of industrial/commercial space to regional and national companies in the Greater Lehigh Valley market. She has provided consulting services focused upon market analysis and feasibility studies for several clients and written several trade articles that have been published in various trade journals.

Amy serves on the Lehigh Economic Advancement Committee Board for the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation; she is a legacy member of Commercial Real Estate Women, a multi-disciplined professional national trade organization, and also is a member of the Tri-State Commercial-Industrial Realtor's Alliance.

Amy also participates in mentoring programs for Moravian College students for internships and career counseling.
