I specialize in assisting industrial (office warehouse/distribution & manufacturing) companies with real estate decisions.
More specifically, I represent Tenants and End-Users during lease relocation, lease renewals, acquisitions & dispositions of buildings/land, and/or build-to-suit projects. It’s highly critical to engage an expert to negotiate and assist with the mechanics of transacting a lease or purchase of a property.

My target focus is users located on the West side of Houston with a heavy emphasis focus in NW/North Houston.
