In my role as a Managing Director in Industrial Leasing and Sales, my primary focus is to lease and sell industrial property throughout the Twin Cities. I am truly dedicated to providing high-quality service to my clients.
I actively market industrial property and provide tenant representation services to clients of all types and sizes. For the properties I represent, I aggressively seek out prospective tenants, drawing on my network of industry contacts in a proven marketing formula.
My efforts are primarily focused on Minneapolis, St. Paul, and the north central suburbs of the Twin Cities. In-depth market analysis and site searches enable me to assist clients in locating the best equipped, most affordable real estate solutions.
