About
Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has over 35 years of sales experience and began his real estate career in 1995.
He obtained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1998 and earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 1999.
After an initial focus on industrial leasing, Rich’s expertise quickly grew into the areas of office, retail, land, and triple net leased investments. He has closed hundreds of sales and leasing transactions and his successes led him to become the founder of YABLO Commercial Real Estate in 2002.
