Timothy Veler, SIOR, CCIM, is a seasoned commercial real estate leader with over 30 years of expertise in delivering strategic, value-driven solutions for industrial and office clients nationwide. He holds the prestigious SIOR designation—earned through exceptional production and ethical standards—alongside his established CCIM credential. Timothy specializes in acquisition/disposition, investment sales, agency leasing, and corporate tenant representation.
After earning his bachelor’s in Communication from North Carolina State University, Timothy served in law enforcement from 1990–1999. During this time, he began investing in real estate in 1994 and expanded into consulting for friends, family, and peers; this foundation evolved into what later became Veler Commercial. He built a culture of disciplined execution and client advocacy, then spent over a decade at Transwestern before aligning with SVN to form SVN | Veler Commercial leveraging the network's 200+ offices and 1,600+ advisors for global reach from a Dallas hub.
His track record includes serving diverse clients—from local investors and mom-and-pop operations to institutional giants like Prologis and LINK Logistics Industrial—always synchronizing real estate strategies with business goals for efficient, high-impact results.
