Darin is part of the investment sales and leasing team, primarily operating in the industrial asset class. He represents property owners in the sale of their assets by performing a full underwriting of the property to market it from a position of strength, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of the current market and asset. This involves being proactive with current market data, preparing first-class marketing materials, administering controlled programs to encourage competitive bidding, and analyzing/ranking potential purchasers so the team's clients can make informed decisions. Additionally, he is responsible for asset lease-up for landlords/tenants and assists investors/developers in sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing value-add to core-plus investment opportunities.
