Tim Strange, SIOR, CCIM, a highly successful commercial real estate broker, developer, and property owner, has been involved in more than $1.2 billion in leasing and sales transactions throughout Oklahoma as a broker. In brokerage, Tim puts the interests of his clients first, working collaboratively with the entire brokerage community to maximize value and opportunities for his clients. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, landlords, and tenants.
As a developer and owner, Tim is committed to creating beautiful projects that promote human flourishing, create value for stakeholders, and have an enduring impact on the communities he serves. He has been involved in the renovation and conversion of historic buildings from office to apartments and in new construction of commercial and multi-family properties. Tim works with landowners and municipalities who want to see their property developed, and also acquires properties to add value through re-purposing or improving their operational results. To date, Tim’s (re)-developments completed, under construction or currently in his development pipeline exceed $400 million.
Tim has been recognized for his work in the industry and the community. In 2005 he was named Sperry Van Ness’ Humanitarian of the Year for his role in mentoring men transitioning from prison. In 2009 he was the #1 advisor nationally for Sperry Van Ness and a consistent Partner’s Circle Award winner during his ten years there. He has been profiled in the book "Brokers Who Dominate" with a chapter entitled "No Stranger to Success".
In addition to his professional achievements, Tim has been actively involved in various non-profit organizations, including the board of Leadership Oklahoma City, the Last Frontier Council of Boy Scouts of America, and his church choir at Crossings Community Church. He has been married to his wife Marylee for 45 years, has two grown daughters and their husbands and three grandchildren.
