James Daughrity is a recognized authority in office and industrial real estate throughout Southern California and beyond. As Principal Broker at Daughrity Real Estate, he has led over $112 million in commercial transactions, specializing in value-add acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, and strategic repositioning of underutilized assets.
Based in Los Angeles and proudly representing the SIOR designation as one of the few African-American designees in California, James brings unmatched insight into the evolving needs of the office and industrial markets, particularly in emerging corridors and Opportunity Zones.
He also serves on the boards of AAREP LA and the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, and he is the past president of the Greater Los Angeles Morehouse College Alumni Association.
